What to know about cost before we get started.

Session fee
$125
What a session costs if you are paying directly.
Sliding scale available.
Insurance
In network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna through Polaris Therapy, LLC.
Being in network is not the same as knowing what you will pay — that depends on your own plan, so it is worth a call to your insurer before the first session.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers must give patients who are uninsured or not planning to use insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your therapy services will cost.
  • You’ll receive this in writing prior to your first scheduled session, or upon request at any time.
  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For questions or to learn more, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises (opens in a new tab) or call 1-800-985-3059.
  • This estimate is not a contract and does not include unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment.
